Some potential consequences are exhaustion, burnout, and dis-ease. These symptoms are all signs that we have neglected ourselves for far too long. The purpose of this class is to dispel the myths associated with taking care of ourselves and provide tips on how to practice self-care consistently without feeling guilty.
