Empower yourself by making choices that support what you want more of, otherwise one misstep will take you off the edge and into the chaotic web of fearful thoughts, and words. The edge is sharp and the path is narrower than ever these days. Challenge yourself to be ever mindful of your thoughts, your words and your actions.
