HUMBLE YOURSELF AND STRESS LESS: Think twice before you judge others. Even though there may be a particular person that stresses you out, it’s helpful to ask yourself where YOU may be perceived as a source of someone else’s stress.
Since many of our stressful situations involve other people, it’s wise to think twice about judging them. We create stress by exaggerating our judgments about them and coming from a place of ego. When we take the time to reflect and see where we also do the same thing, we find find center. The more reflective you are, the more realistic the expectations of others become and the less stress you accumulate.
