Someone will always disagree with what you are doing and how you are doing it. There will always be someone who doesn’t understand your viewpoint, your actions, your leadership style, how you spend your money, or even how you live your life. The important thing, however, is that you understand what you are doing and why.
It’s easy to get upset with others for not understanding. You want to fight with them, look down on them, or rally others against them. These efforts will only deplete your energy. Instead, work towards accepting that they don’t get it, and likely never will. Make choices based on what you value the most, and focus on the people who do support you.
