We all exaggerate and minimize ourselves, depending on whom we are engaging. When we perceive ourselves as “better” than someone (in looks, status, actions, morals, means), our self-talk is positive and we see the other as “lacking.” When we put someone above us, our self-talk relative to them is negative.
Let’s change our language as we speak to ourselves and just relax on all the judgments! What if everything you ever thought was all part of the divine design to teach you to accept yourself as you are and others as they are?
