Being “positive” all the time does not equate to being happy. In fact, trying to be positive all the time will take you away from happiness and bring chaos to your life. Negativity is not “bad” as we sometimes think, it’s an important part of balance but we spend so much time looking at it and wishing it away that we can get stuck in it.
Negativity is a vital part of every aspect of your life – negative people, situations and events are all included. Don’t fight, judge, or resist this. Instead make a shift in your focus. Look for what’s good within your negative situation. The negative is catalyzing something positive.
