How to Set Stronger Boundaries with Alice Inoue
August 3 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm HST$25
Join Alice Inoue to learn how to create healthy boundaries in relationships to support emotional health for all. Get ready for higher self-esteem and greater confidence. Reassess your rules and let go of saving others, fixing their problems, or defending things that aren’t your fault.
What are boundaries in relationships? What do they look like? How do you build and maintain them? Boundaries are necessary as they create emotional health between yourself and others. If you know how to set and maintain boundaries with the people close to you, you’ll notice a change in your self-esteem, your confidence and your presence. If you constantly feel the need to “save” people and fix their problems, or if you tend to defend for things that aren’t your fault, or even if you dislike drama but find yourself in the midst of it often, you will benefit by reassessing if your current rules are working for you.
