In her “How to Lose Weight and Detoxify Your Life Through Mindful Eating” presentation, Holly explores 10 key ways to lose the weight for good and dramatically improve your life just by making small food and lifestyle adjustments. From learning about the best foods for your body type, Ayurvedic doshas, eliminating hidden sugars, emotional eating triggers, regulating digestion and staying hydrated with raw foods to mindful practices that further promote healthy habits, Holly engages her audience in a way that leaves them wanting to learn even more. Her approach to using food as the gateway to a happy, healthy lifestyle offers a “can do” approach to anyone searching for a way to make positive changes in their life, one step at a time but aren’t sure where to start. Handouts and visuals accompany the lecture.
