This class will help you define your form and type of distraction – and then help you get back on track with what you want to do! Knowing how to hone your ability to focus is the first step. Whether your distraction is physical, physiological, or cognitive, there are steps you can take to minimize distractions and increase focus. We will figure out what you can and can’t control, and you will be provided with all the tools available to help you get stuff done!
