Have you ever noticed that
Have you ever noticed that complaining initially feels good but ultimately leaves you feeling drained? While complaining is common in our society, it usually leaves situations unresolved and allows unhelpful patterns to repeat themselves. In this class, we will explore a practical way to handle complaints and how complaints can actually give us clues about what we truly want for our lives. Finally, we’ll learn how to flip complaints into powerful foundations for change. Complaints actually offer clarity about our truest passions and desires. By the end of this class, attendees will learn how to transform their complaints from discouraged statements to clear goals that come from an empowered place.
