Happiness U is a first-of-its-kind educational establishment and community hub in Honolulu that offers an inspirational place where you can learn things about life and happiness that you were never taught in school.
We have classes for pretty much everything you can think of when it comes to personal growth, inspiration, balance, expanding awareness and consciousness, happiness and seeing your life and your challenges from a new perspective.
CORE CURRICULUM 101 SERIES
The Core Curriculum at Happiness U will help you tremendously on your life’s journey towards personal growth and to deeply understand this world we live in and how to go with the flow of your life versus against it. As you look over the classes offered, any topic you feel drawn to can be the starting point that can usher you into a higher state of order at all levels – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
All classes include a presentation, exercises, and take-home “life tools” that can be used indefinitely to further your progress in each of these areas.
Core Classes taught by founder Alice Inoue: We call these classes our “101” classes, they are $40 each and run 60-70 minutes in length.
