I recommend spending time alone regularly. It’s a time for you to be and do as you please without the pressures and judgments that others may impose. Time alone allows you to decompress, daydream, and let your mind wander. This is vital to your well-being and happiness!

There are so many benefits to focusing on yourself:

1. You develop a better understanding of what’s important to you.
2. You more easily come up with solutions to your challenges.
3. You can relax, free from the subtle judgement of others.
4. You get to recharge and replenish your vital life force.

Spending time connecting with those who are special to you is vital. Equally as vital is spending time with yourself. If your days have been spent meeting the needs of others, perhaps it’s time to put yourself into your calendar, and meet yourself where you are at.
