ARE YOU PROCRASTINATING ON SOMETHING? IF SO, RELAX! Have you noticed that when you are busy and have a deadline, you get more done in less time than when you don’t have a deadline? When we have deadlines, we focused and get stuff done?

So what does this mean for you today? Let go of whatever it is you’ve been putting off, yet, “worrying” about and “beating yourself up,” for not doing.

Remember, when the pressure is on, or the time is right, and you “have to,” you will buckle down and do it. So, relax. Don’t waste your precious energy holding space in your mind for this. Trust that you will do it at exactly the right time. Obviously, right now is not the right time because you are not doing it.

TIP: Physically schedule the time in your calendar to do it. This will help!
